When reconstructing history, as I have done here, it is
impossible to be certain of obtaining 100% accuracy. Printed sources
are often contradictory in some details, and even when working from cameras
that I have owned, handled or photographed, there may always be other variants
that I have not seen. This information is therefore given in good
faith, but no liability can be accepted for errors or omissions.
Potential purchasers should make their own checks before taking decisions
to buy equipment.
